水体富营养化已成为当代许多国家政府和公众最为关注的环境问题之一。随着富营养化的加剧,藻类水华发生的频率和幅度也大大增加,特别是藻类有毒物质严重影响了水体的正常功能。邛海位于西昌市境内,具有供水、农灌、发电、航运、水产养殖、旅游等多种功能,对凉山地区的发展起着举足轻重的作用。因此防治邛海水体富营养化和蓝藻"水华"是当前生态环境领域的热点问题。

Eutrophication has become one of the most concerned environmental problems in many countries. With the increase of eutrophication, the frequency and amplitude of the algal bloom has been greatly increased, especially the toxic substances of the algae seriously affect the normal function of the water. Qionghai Lake is located in city of Xichang, with water supply, agricultural irrigation, power generation, shipping, aquaculture, tourism, and other functions, plays a pivotal role in the development of Liangshan area. So the prevention and cure of Qionghai lake eutrophication is a hot issue in the field of ecological environment.
