摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪和能谱分析仪等测试手段对铸铝热交换器导热柱基体及其腐蚀产物进行研究。结果表明,腐蚀产物的主要成分为铝和硅的氧化物及其复相化合物。为控制热交换器的腐蚀,应合理调整铸铝成分。
The corrosion behavior of heat exchanger thermal column was studied by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction analyzer and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the main corrosion pruducts are aluminum oxide, silicon oxide and its compound. In order to control the corrosion of thermal column, it needs reasonable adjustment of cast aluminum components.
