摘要
介绍了双质体振动弛张筛的机械结构,设计了一台小型的弛张筛样机,通过建立简化的力学模型,得到了弛张筛的合理工作点,并对其进行了6 mm干法分级筛分试验,获得了理想的筛分效率。
This article introduces the mechanical structure of the double mass vibrating flip-flow screen. A small size flip-flow screen prototype is designed, which reasonable working point is confirmed by setting up simplified mechanical model. And then the flip-flow screen prototype is applied on 6mm dry classification screening test, and gets the ideal screening efficiency.
