脑苷肌肽治疗急性颅脑损伤47例临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨脑苷肌肽对急性颅脑损伤患者神经功能缺失、记忆与智能障碍的改善作用。方法将94例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各47例。两组患者均给予急性颅脑损伤常规治疗,观察组患者加用脑苷肌肽。根据两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)评分及格拉斯哥(GCS)评分评定神经功能缺失情况,以简明精神状态检测评分(MMSE)评定记忆与智能障碍,并观察药品不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为72.34%,显著高于对照组的65.96%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后NIHSS及GCS评分均较治疗前有显著改善,且观察组患者改善程度更明显(P<0.05);两组患者MMSE评分均较治疗前显著增高,且观察组患者增高程度更明显(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论脑苷肌肽治疗急性颅脑损伤疗效确切且安全,能显著改善患者神经功能缺失、记忆与智能障碍,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the improvement effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin on neurological function deficits and disturbances of memory and intelligence in the patients with acute craniocerebral injury. Methods Totally 94 patient were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases in each. The two group was given the conventional treatment of acute craniocerebral injury,the observation group was added with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin. The NIHSS score and GCS score were adopted to evaluate the neurological deficit status; the MMSE score was adopted to evaluate the disturbances of memory and intelligence. The ADR was observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 72. 34%,which was singificantly higher than 65. 96% in the control group( P〈0. 05); compared with before treatment,the NIHSS score and GCS score after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved the improvement degree in the observation group was more significant( P〈0. 05); the MMSE score in the two groups were significantly increase,and the increase degree in the observation group was more remarkable( P〈0. 05);the ADR had no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion Cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin has definite effect and is safe for treating acute craniocerebral injury,can improve the neurological deficits and disturbances of memory and intelligence,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
