测定LAVA-Flex序列评估肝脏铁过载及脂肪变性的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨可变容积加速肝脏采集(LAVA-Flex)序列对肝脏铁过载及脂肪变性的测定价值。方法对37例肝脏铁过载患者行LAVA-Flex序列MRI扫描生成纯水像、纯脂肪像、同相和反相位像,并计算肝脏铁含量(R2*值)和脂肪含量百分比。结果纯水像、纯脂肪像、同相和反相位像上分别为混杂信号、高信号、低信号和高信号。肝左内叶R2*值高于肝右前叶[(826.81±14.26)Hz vs.(732.56±13.70)Hz](t=29.87,P<0.05)。肝左内叶脂肪含量与肝右前叶相仿[(10.98±1.81)%vs.(10.88±1.33)%](t=0.50,P>0.05)。结论 LAVA-Flex序列可适用于测定肝脏铁过载及脂肪变性。
