摘要
对功率电感器关键参数的研究有助于了解其应用范围、减小电源装置的体积和重量、提高电源效率。目前,工业应用中功率电感器的关键参数都是由人工测量完成的,测量操作复杂耗时。本设计是一套基于PIC16F877A单片机的电感关键参数自动测量装置。通过PID算法控制可编程直流源的输出电流,进而控制电感温升稳定在基准值,得到电感温升电流。同时,采样单元可实时获得电感上的电压、电流值,从而计算出直流电阻和直流损耗。该装置电路简单、测量精度高且范围宽、具有良好的人机界面,并且能够自动记录和存储测量数据。
Study on the key parameters of power inductor helps in the understanding of its application range, reducing the volume and weight of the power supply device and improving the efficiency of power supply. At present, the key parameters of power inductor are done by manual measurement in industrial application that is complex and time-consuming. This design is a set of automatic measuring device for the key parameters of power inductor based on the PIC16F877 A micro-controller. The use of PID algorithm to control the output current of programmable DC source can make the temperature rise in the benchmark value and get temperature-rise current. Meanwhile, the sampling unit can get real-time voltage and current values of power inductor to calculate the DC resistance and DC losses. The device has the advantages of simple circuit, high measuring accuracy and wide range of measurement. It has the good human-computer interface that can automatically record and store measurement data.
