摘要 以甲醛为还原剂,在硫酸溶液中还原浸出低品位软锰矿,基于反应条件对锰的浸出率的影响,利用响应曲面法对工艺进行优化。结果表明,影响锰的浸出率的主次顺序依次为甲醛体积、反应温度、浸出时间、硫酸浓度。影响铁的浸出率的主次顺序依次为反应温度、硫酸浓度和浸出时间。当液固体积质量比为8 m L/g,搅拌速率为200 r/min,硫酸浓度为2.75 mol/L,甲醛溶液的用量为2.4 m L,浸出温度为86℃,浸出时间为2.22 h时,锰铁铝的浸出率分别为94%、77.78%和18.57%。 Low grade pyrolusite is leached in sulfuric acid using methyl aldehyde as reductant. The response surface methodology is employed to optimize the reaction parameters by studying the effects of different conditions on the extraction ratio of Mn. The result shows that the main influence factors on the Mn leaching rate in sequence are the volume of methyl aldehyde, reaction temperature, leaching time and the concentration of sulfuric acid. The influencing factors on the Fe leaching rate in sequence are reaction temperature, concentration of sulfuric acid and leaching time. The leaching rates of Mn, Fe and A1 can reach 94%, 77.78% and 18. 57%, respectively, under the following conditions: 8 mL/g of liquid-solid ratio,200r/min of stirring speed,2. 75 mol/L of H2 SO4,2. 4 mL of methyl aldehyde solution, 86℃ of leaching temperature and 2. 22 hours of leaching time.
