摘要
针对某单级悬臂压缩机组在试车过程中高速轴叶轮端可倾瓦轴承出现的超温问题,系统分析了原因并给出了解决方案。通过研究该机组试车时的运行情况,总结了机组高速轴叶轮端可倾瓦轴承超温问题的现象,系统分析了超温问题的原因,给出了可行的处理方案。运行结果表明:采用该处理方案可以有效的解决单级悬臂机组的超温问题,对其它领域应用的可倾瓦轴承超温问题有借鉴意义。
The paper systematically analyzes the reasons of tilting pad bearing overheating problem in the high speed axial impeller and presents solutions, which occurred in trial run of single-stage overhang centrifugal compressor unit. Through the study of the unit operation conditions, the phenomenon of the tilting pad bearing overheating issues were summarized, the reasons were analyzed and the feasible solutions were proposed. The result shows that the single-stage overhang unit overheating issue can be resolved effectively by this solution. Meanwhile, it can be used for the reference to the tilting pad bearing overheating in the other field application.
