摘要
为研究饮水硼对雌性大鼠各项血液生理指标的影响,本实验将60只SD雌性大鼠随机分组后用含有不同剂量硼的蒸馏水饲喂,一段时间后测量红细胞、白细胞、血小板等各项血液生理指标.结果显示:60日龄时,低剂量的硼(5 mg/L和20 mg/L)对各项血液生理指标影响不大,较高剂量的硼(80 mg/L和320 mg/L)则会使多数血液指标显著升高;90日龄的雌鼠中,低剂量的硼能够使多项血液指标增加,在研究范围内达到最大值,高剂量的硼则通常会抑制血液各项生理指标.由此认为,低剂量饮水硼对雌鼠血液功能有一定的促进作用;高剂量饮水硼对雌鼠血液有不利的或毒性作用,且促进和毒害作用都是在较长时期内才表现出来.
To study the effect of drinking boron on the blood physiological parameters of female rats,60 SD fe male rats were fed with distilled water containing different doses of boron. After a period of time,several parameters of erythrocytes,leukocytes,platelets and other indicators were measured. The results showed that for 60-day-old rats,low doses of boron(5 mg / L and 20 mg / L)had a little effect on the blood physiological parameters;high doses of boron(80 mg / L and 320 mg / L)will cause the most significant increase in blood indicators. For 90-day-old female rats,low doses of boron can increase a number of indicators of blood and the values reached maximums within the study area. High doses of boron inhibited the phys iological indices of blood. These results indicateed that low dose of drinking boron can promote the blood features of female rats,while high dose of drinking boron have adverse or toxic effects on the blood features of female rats. Both promoting and toxic effects are manifested only over a longer period of time.
