放疗科护理人员对血常规报告认知与理解分析

Cognition and understanding about routine blood report of nurses in radiotherapy department

目的分析放疗科护理人员对血常规报告相关知识认知与理解真实情况。方法采用自制问卷调查表,对116名放疗科护理人员进行血常规报告相关知识认知与理解问卷调查。结果放疗科护理人员对血常规报告中血红蛋白、白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板的临床意义缺乏认识。结论放疗科护理人员应充分认识血常规报告对临床护理的重要意义,提高临床护理质量。

objective To analysis the cognition and understanding situation about routine blood reports of nurses in radiotherapy department.Methods Self-made questionnaire was used to study the cognition and understanding situation about routine blood reports of 116 nurses in radiotherapy department.Results The nurses lacked relevant knowledge about clinical significance of hemoglobin,white blood cell,neutrophils and platelets in the blood routine reports.Conclusion Nurses in radiotherapy department should fully understand significance of blood routine report to clinical nursing,and it can improve clinical nursing quality.
