摘要
目的研究使君子的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱、高效液相色谱等手段对使君子的乙醇提取物进行分离、纯化,并通过化合物理化性质与波谱特征鉴定其结构。结果分离鉴定9个化合物,分别为3,3'-二甲基鞣花酸(3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid,1)、3,3',4'-三甲基鞣花酸(3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid,2)、3,3',4'-三甲基鞣花酸-4-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,3)、3-甲基鞣花酸-4'-吡喃木糖苷(3-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-xylopyroside,4)、3-甲基鞣花酸-3'-吡喃木糖苷(3-O-methylellagic acid-3'-O-β-D-xylopyroside,5)、豆甾醇-4,25-二烯-3-酮(stigmasta-4,25-dien-3-one,6)、赤酮甾醇-3-吡喃葡萄糖苷(clerosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,7)、赤酮甾醇(clerosteorl,8)、短叶苏木酚(brevifolin,9)。结论化合物1-6为首次从使君子属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Quisqualis indica L. Methods The compounds were isolated from 75% ethanol extract of Quisqualis indica L. by chromatographic methods such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and High Performance Liquid Chromatography( HPLC). The compounds were identified by the chemical and physical methods,especially spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated. The structures of them were identified as 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid( 1),3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid( 2),3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 3),3-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-xylopyroside( 4),3-O-methylellagic acid-3'-O-β-D-xylopyroside( 5),stigmasta-4,25-dien-3-one( 6),clerosteorl( 7),clerosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 8) and brevifolin( 9),respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1- 6 wereobtained from Quisqualis genus for the first time.
