论我国清洁能源的发展及其对策分析

发展清洁能源是我国能源战略的重要一环,是实施可持续发展国家战略的必然要求,是实现生态文明的必然要求,是"低碳"发展的必然要求,是构建和谐社会的必然要求,是我国能源发展的必然选择。我国清洁能源的发展面临着诸多问题:对清洁能源认识不到位、技术水平不高、缺乏相应的制度保障、应用能力较差等。解决这些问题应该从普及科学合理的清洁能源观、推进开发运用新技术、实现制度和政策保障和以经济结构调整带动能源结构优化、加强国家间的交流与合作等方面调整思路,推进我国清洁能源的发展。

The development of clean energy in China＇s energy strategy is important one annulus, it is also an inevitablerequirement for the implementation of the national strategy of sustainable development. It is the inevitable requirement ofthe realization of ecological civilization, it is also the inevitable requirement of the development of ＂low carbon＂, is theinevitable requirement of building a harmonious society, and it is the inevitable choice for China＇s energy development.The development of clean energy in China faces many problems： awarenss of clean is not enough, the clean energytechnology level is not high, the lack of corresponding system security and application ability. To solve these problems itshould be from the popularization of scientific concept of development, to promote clean energy use of new technology,system and policy and to the adjustment of economic structure to optimize the energy structure, and strengthen exchangesand cooperation between countries, adjust the way of thinking, to promote the development of clean energy in china.
