摘要
以永磁转子偏转式三自由度电动机的自转转矩和偏转转矩为优化目标,为了提高优化过程的效率,首先应用田口(Taguchi)算法筛选出对电动机转矩影响较大的结构参数,并有效简化优化过程,然后基于中心复合设计(CCD)的方法分别构造出样本点组,通过有限元实验构造出响应面数值模型方程,并分析得到响应面模型各因素间交互作用对响应值的影响。研究结果表明,该优化方法是高效可靠的,可通过建立的响应面函数对实验结果进行预测,并对结构参数进行有效优化。
The spin rotation and deflection torques of the three-DOF deflection type PM motor are selected as the optimization object. To improve the optimization efficiency, firstly, the Taguchi algorithm is applied to select the structural parameters that affect the motor's torque greatly and simplifies the optimization process effectively. Then, based on the central composite design (CCD) , the sample point group is constructed, and the response surface numerical model equation is built by the finite element method tests. The impact on the response value by the interaction between factors of response surface model is analyzed and derived. The results show that the optimization method is efficient and reliable and the experimental results can be predicted by the response surface functions with the structure parameters effectively optimized.
