摘要
目的:探析哮喘患儿细胞因子水平与过敏状态的相关性研究。方法:入选本院2013年12月-2014年11月小儿哮喘患者80例,根据患儿是否为过敏体质分为过敏组41例、非过敏组39例,同期入选体检健康者40例为对照组,检测比较各组的IL-5、IFN-γ、IL-4水平。结果:小儿哮喘患者的血清IL-4、IL-5、IFN水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);过敏组血清IFN-γ、IL-5水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IL-4水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;过敏组血清IFN-γ、IL-5水平显著高于非过敏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IL-4水平与非过敏组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:过敏状态对哮喘患儿血清IL-5、IFN-γ水平影响较大,可影响患儿病情的严重程度。
Objective：To study the correlation of cytokines and allergy in children with asthma.Method：80 children with asthma treated from December 2013 to November 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into allergic group（41 cases） and non-allergic group（39 cases） according to the confirmation of allergy.Meanwhile, there were 40 healthy controls. The level of IL-5, IFN-γand IL-4 of each group was compared.Result：The level of IL-4,IL-5 and IFN in children with asthma were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The level of IFN-γand IL-5 of allergic group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）,and the level of IL-4 was not significantly different.The level of IFN-γand IL-5 of allergic group was significantly higher than those of non-allergic group（P〈0.05）,and the level of IL-4 was not significantly different.Conclusion：The allergy has a greater influence on the level of IL-5 and IFN-γfor children with asthma and the state of the children＇s illness.
