摘要
为合理有效地计算航空用复杂齿轮箱体的静动态力学性能,选用Ansys软件中常用的几种有限元实体单元类型,分别对箱体进行有限元网格划分、箱体静力分析以及动态分析。实例计算比较了不同单元类型对计算耗时以及结果精度的影响,为今后复杂箱体有限元分析中单元选取给出了建议。
For effectively calculating the static and dynamic mechanical properties of complex air gear box,use several finite element entity unit type that is commonly used in ANSYS software,then carry out The finite element meshing,static analysis and dynamic analysis on gearbox. The example compare the influence of different type of element unit of the consuming time and the accuracy of the results,give some suggests for the selection of element unit.
