摘要
网络新媒体具有快捷、生动、海量、便利等特性,为人们传输了大量的数据和资源,也影响了大学生的学习方式。在网络新媒体环境下引入合作学习的理论和实践,提出引导策略,拓宽大学生学习行为的多元化,可以提高大学生的合作能力。
The external environment of second grade hospitals has changed a lot due to the fast development of China's health industry, deepening reform of medical and health system, firece competitions, evloving consumption concept of clients, the newly-issued medical reform plan, etc. This has brought new challenges to the survival and development of second grade hospitals. As a second hospital with more than 50 years history, Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital integrates its own development with the rehabilitation of the disabled. It has become a professional intervention institute which mainly focuses on rehabilitation and medical care, with characteristics of "small comprehensive and big special hospital". Besides, it provides disability preventing, grading and interventing, which offers positive experience on similar transformation.
