摘要
文章对目前国内外镁板带卷式法生产的技术特点、现状和局限性等进行了论述、分析和探讨。通过对炉卷轧机工艺设备特点的分析,重点对利用炉卷轧机进行镁板带卷式法热温连续轧制以及后续带式法精整工序的技术和设备需求、特点和可能性进行了分析,并给出了生产线建设的一些建议。
The paper highlighted current status,technical characteristics and limitations of the production of magnesium strips by Steckel coiling at home and abroad; combined with the analysis of technical characteristics of Steckel mill,the paper presented roughing and finishing of magnesium strips by coiling operation with Steckel mill; it analyzed characteristics and development of the equipment,providing some suggestions for actual production.
