摘要 目的:探讨大学生压力知觉、无聊倾向与生活满意度的关系。方法:使用中文版压力知觉量表、无聊倾向问卷、生活满意度量表测查了336名大学生。结果:大学生压力知觉、无聊倾向与生活满意度状况呈显著负相关,压力知觉与无聊倾向显著正相关;无聊倾向在压力知觉与生活满意度之间起完全中介作用。当无聊进入回归方程时,压力知觉对生活满意度的预测效应不再显著(β=-0.110,p=0.061)。结论:压力知觉对大学生生活满意度水平的影响是通过无聊倾向起的作用。 Objective: To explore the relationship between perceived stress,boredom proneness and life satisfaction among college students. Methods: 336 college students were investigated with the Chinese Perceived Stress Scales,the Boredom Proneness Scale and Satisfaction with Life Scale. Results: the perceived stress and the boredom proneness were negatively related to life satisfaction,the perceived stress was positively related to the boredom proneness; and the boredom proneness entirely mediated the effect of the perceived stress on life satisfaction among students. Once the boredom proneness entered in the regression equation as a predictor,then the index of the effect of the perceived stress on life satisfaction was not significant( β =-0. 110,p = 0. 061). Conclusion: the perceived stress affects life satisfaction through the boredom proneness.
