摘要
曲轴作为发动机的主要动力输出部件,其表面粗糙度对发动机性能有直接的影响。主要阐述了曲轴粗糙度的测量方法及测量误差的影响因素,分析了测量方向、角度、部位、位置、材料特性、滤波、测量系统等因素对测量误差造成的影响,可以为现场工程技术人员在进行曲轴粗糙度测量过程中出现的各种问题提供分析和解决的方法,也可作为同行交流借鉴之用。
As the main power output part of the engine,the crankshaft has a direct influence on the performance of the engine. Mainly expounds the crankshaft rough measurement method and measurement error of influencing factors,analyze the influence of measurement direction,angle,position,material properties,filtering and so on.The measurement system factors on the measurement error caused by,can be on-site engineering and technical personnel to crankshaft roughness measuring problems appearing in the process of providing analysis and solving method,also can be used as reference for colleagues.
