益气养阴消瘀通络汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变35例

Study on the Clinical Effects of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaoyu Tongluo Decoction on Thirty-Five Cases with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察益气养阴消瘀通络汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予益气养阴消瘀通络汤。结果:观察组治疗后空腹血糖(8.56±1.20)mmol·L-1、餐后2 h血糖(8.97±1.01)mmol·L-1以及血糖指标(7.99±1.24)、糖化血红蛋白(7.01±1.02)mmol·L-1等均明显下降,且明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴消瘀通络汤治疗糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Yiqi Yangyin Xiaoyu Tongluo Decoction（ YQYYXYTLD） on diabetic retinopathy. Methods： 70 cases were randomized into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group. Control group were given insulin pump treatment while observation group were added with YQYYXYTLD. Results： After the treatment,in observation group,the blood-glucose was（ 8. 56 ± 1. 20） mmol·L^- 1on fasting,（ 8. 97 ± 1. 01） mmol·L^- 1at 2 h after meal; and the indicators got greatly decline in blood sugar（ 7. 99 ± 1. 24） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ 7. 01 ± 1. 02） mmol·L^- 1,which were much better than these in control group; there was statistical significance of the difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YQYYXYTLD has remarkable therapeutic effects on diabetic retinopathy.
