摘要
目的比较构思-设计-实现-运作(Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate,CDIO)模式教学法与传统教学法在外科护理学教学中的效果。方法将2012级221名专科生随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用CDIO模式教学,对照组采用传统教学法。课程结束后,组织考试和问卷调查,资料进行统计学检验。结果实验组和对照组的理论成绩分别为(75.04±9.61)分和(70.94±9.81)分、技能操作成绩分别为(97.59±6.19)分和(85.05±8.35)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷测评CDIO教学法在激发学生学习兴趣、培养主动思考、增强合作意识及提高创新能力等方面明显优于传统教学法;实验组和对照组对教学方法的满意度分别为91.75%和82.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CDIO模式教学优于传统模式,能够提高学生的理论及技能操作成绩,对提高外科护理学教学质量有良好的推动作用。
Objective To compare the effects of CDIO model teaching method and traditional method in teaching of surgical nursing. Methods From Grade 2012,221 college students were randomly divided into control class and experimental class. The control class received traditional teaching method,while CDIO model teaching method was applied to the experimental class. At the end of the course,examination and questionnaire suPcey were carried out in both classes and all data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Results Sc, ores of theories and skills in two groups were statistically significantly different(P〈0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that CDIO model teaching method was superior to traditional teaching method with statistic significance(P〈0.05) in stimulating students' interests in learning,cultivating active thinking,enhancing awareness of cooperation and promoting innovation ability. There was a significant difference in satisfaction on teaching methods in two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The CDIO model teaching method is superior to the traditional one. It can improve students' scores of theories and skills,and increase the teaching quality of surgical nursing.
