摘要
叙述了一种新的有机显色剂——对偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯磺酸的合成、理化性质及分析特性,并给出了试剂的光谱性质及与过渡金属离子反应的最佳条件。在Triton X—100存在下,四硼酸钠介质中,试剂与Cd(Ⅱ),Hg(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)在水相直接显色,生成高灵敏度的有色络合物,摩尔吸光系数分别高达:Cd(Ⅱ)532nm,2.2×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Hg(Ⅱ)526nm,1.8×10~5l·mol·cm^(-1),Ni(Ⅱ)546nm,2.3×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Cu(Ⅱ)540nm,1.6×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。
The synthesis, physicochemical characteristics, and the analytical properties of the p-azobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene sulfonic acid as a new chromogenic reagent are reported. Spectral characters and optimum conditions of the reagent reacting with 4 transition metal ions are described . In the presence of Triton X-100 and sodium tetraborate, the reagent reacts directly with Cd(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Hg(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ)to form highly sensitive complexes . The molar absorptivities are 2.2×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm at 532 nm for cadmium, 2.3×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 546nm for nickel, 1.8×10^(-5)l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)at 526nm for mercury and 1.6×10~5l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 540nm for copper.
