Value of the Dynamic NT-pro BNP Levels of Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure Treated by Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation

目的:探讨无创正压通气(NIPPV)治疗急性左心衰竭(ALHF)患者的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1月-2014年12月收治的ALHF患者80例分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组则在对照组的基础上应用NIPPV治疗,比较两组患者急诊入院时即刻、入院后24 h和72 h血浆N-末端原脑利钠肽(NT-pro BNP)水平及疗效。结果 :与对照组相比,治疗组的临床缓解时间、有效率、NT-pro BNP变化均有明显差异(P<0.05);且在治疗72 h后,治疗组NT-pro BNP水平下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:NIPPV治疗ALHF的疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To explore the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV） in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure（ALHF）. Methods ：80 patients with ALHF were randomly divided into control group（n =40）and treatment group（n =40）. The control group was administered the conventional treatment,and the treatment group was administered NIPPV in addition to the conventional treatment..The clinical efficacies were compared by the plasma NT-pro BNP levels at admission,24 and 72 hours after hospitalization between the two groups.Results：.Compared with the control group,the clinical remission time,.effectiveness rate and NT-pro BNP levels had significant different in the treatment groups.（all P〈0.05）,and the falling tendency of NT-pro BNP levels were more obvious in the treatment group in 72 hours after hospitalization（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：It is effective for patients with ALHF added treated by NIPPV, it is worthy of clinical application.
