从机械连接到生物愈合:对胰肠吻合新理解 被引量:27

New understanding of pancreaticojejunostomy: from mechanical conjunction to biological healing

摘要 胰肠吻合是最具挑战性的消化道重建方式,如何降低其术后胰瘘发生率一直是胰腺外科临床关注热点,但目前仍没有一种方法能够避免胰瘘发生,其发生率约为20%。对胰肠吻合的理解不应仅限单纯的机械连接层面,而应更多关注吻合口生物愈合层面的内涵,只有选择符合生物学愈合特点的胰肠吻合技术才能降低胰瘘发生率。 Panereaticojejunal anastomosis is the most c, hallenging digestive tract reconstruction. How to reduce postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) remains as focal point in clinic. The incidence of pancreatic fistula is still around 20% and no method was found to avoid pancreatic fistula completely. Understanding pancreatieojejunostomy should not be limited purely at mechanical connection level and more attention should be paid to the anastomotic biological healing. Understanding the biological healing condition of pancreaticojejunostomy correctly will draw out the best anastomosis method and minimize the incidence of POPF.
