摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定脑血栓片中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用KromasilC18(4.6mm×250ram,5btm)色谱柱;以甲醇-2%醋酸溶液(20:80)为流动相;流速:1.OmL/min;检测波长入-323nm;柱温:28℃。结果:阿魏酸线性范围为10.05~201.00μg/mL(r=0.9995),平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为1.2%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于脑血栓片的质量控制。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Naoxueshuan table. Methods:The sepa- ration was performed at 28μ on a Kromasil C18 column(4.6mmX250mm,5μm) with a mobile phase of methanol--2 % acetic acid(18 82) ; The flow rate was 1.0mL/min , and the detecting wavelength was set at 323nm;Results: The linear rang of Schisandrin was from 10.05 ~ 201.00/lg/mLo The average recovery of Schisandrin was 99.27%, RSD was 1.2 % (n = 6) Conclusion : The method is simple and can aceuraate with good reproducibility,It can be used for quality control of Naoxueshuan table.
