摘要
塔河四号联合站常压拱顶油罐挥发气为高含硫化氢的伴生气(硫化氢含量56151mg/m3),设置大罐抽气系统是十分必要的。针对大罐抽气系统的低压输送特性等技术难点,从设计规模、流程、设备布局及管线安装等方面进行了优化,实现了油罐的安全平稳密闭运行。
The associated gas in the atmospheric fixed roof tanks of the Tahe Central Production Facility(CPF)No.4 contains a high level of hydrogen sulphide(at a value of 56151mg/m3),so it needs a gas extraction system installed.In the light of the technical issues of the gas extraction system such as the fluids transportation characters at a low pressure,and in order to make sure the storage tanks operating at a safe,stable and hermetic conditions,this study focuses on the optimization of the design capacity,process flow,facilities configuration, pipeline installation and so on.
