摘要 负责任创新(RI)是当前国内外创新领域研究的重要前沿和关键热点。为了有效探索科技创新驱动发展战略的实践路径,文章基于近几年国外较为前沿的负责任创新理论研究与实践成果,提出了科技人才负责任创新这一重要概念,科学探析其内涵、本质与特征并在科学界定相关变量维度基础上,构建了科技人才负责任创新驱动高新企业科学发展的理论模型,深入挖掘科技人才负责任创新驱动高新企业科学发展的内在机理和中介路径,丰富了科技创新驱动发展的理论体系,为科技人才负责任创新驱动高新企业科学发展的具体实践提供重要参考。 Responsible innovation(RI) is an important frontier and key focus of the research on innovations in the field of domestic and foreign current. To explore the practical path of the technological innovation's driving growth strategy effectively, this paper puts forward the important concept of science and technology talents' responsible innovation and takes scientific exploration of its meaning, nature and characteristics based on the foreign frontier theory research and practice results on responsible innovation in recent years. This paper builds a theoretical model of driving the high-tech companies' scientific development of science and technology talents' the responsible innovation based on the scientific definition of the relevant variables dimensions, and find the internal mechanism and intermediary path of driving the high-tech companies' scientific development of science and technology talents' the responsible innovation deeply. The paper enriches the theoretical system of the technological innovation's driving growth strategy and provides an important reference for the practice of driving the high-tech companies' scientific development of science and technology talents' the responsible innovation.
