摘要
在熟料冷却工艺中,辊式破碎机中置方案具有更佳的冷却效果,可有效提升热回收效率,同时对辊式破碎机的机械要求也更高,需对辊轴进行强制冷却。对高温辊式破碎机的辊轴冷却进行建模,并利用计算机编程求解非线性方程组,计算分析冷却换热模型,为辊轴的结构设计参数及冷却风机选型提供了理论依据。
In the process of clinker cooling the scheme of middle arranged roller crusher has better cooling effect, which can improve the heat recovery efficiency, and in the meantime mechanical requirements of the roller crusher is also higher, and the roll shaft should be cooled forcedly. This paper sets up a cooling model for the roll shaft of roller crusher, and uses computer programming to solve the nonlinear equations. Calculation and analysis of the cooling model provide theoretical basis for structural design of roll shaft and parameter selection of cooling fan.
