高速列车永磁同步牵引电机基于联合仿真模型的单脉冲控制研究(英文) 被引量:8

摘要 高速列车节能的一个重要方法是采用永磁同步牵引电机(PMSMs)替代感应牵引电机。相比于感应牵引电机(IMs),永磁同步牵引电机更易受到温升与磁场谐波的影响。实际应用中由于受限于变流器的损耗,开关频率对这两者的影响非常大。结合有限元模型和控制系统,本文建立了联合仿真模型,考虑了磁路非线性,提高了计算精度。在此基础上,仿真计算了单脉冲控制与不同开关频率的SVPWM控制,对比分析了系统的速度、反电动势、转矩和损耗等性能。 One of important methods to save energy in high speed train is replacing the induction traction motors with PM synchronous motors(PMSMs). Compared with the induction motors(IMs), the PMSMs are more sensitive to the temperature rise and harmonics of magnetic field, which are deeply influenced by the switching frequency limited by the converter loss in practice. In this paper, a co-simulation models combining the finite element(FE) motor model and control system are established, which are much accurate due to considering nonlinearity of magnetic circuit. Based on these models, the system is simulated under the single-pulse control and SVPWM with different switching frequencies control. The performances including speed, back-EMF, torque and power loss are compared and analyzed.
