摘要
柔性引导是遵循人的心理和行为规律,采取非强制性的方法,在人们心目中产生一种潜在的说服力,从而把组织意志变为自觉行动的人性化管理模式。大学生上课期间玩手机是高校课堂教学管理中较为突出的问题,通过对具体案例以及产生这种现象的原因进行分析,采取柔性引导策略合理地解决当前大学课堂教学管理中存在的这一难题。
Following the principles of human psychology and behavior and taking non-mandatory approach, flexible guidance, a humane management mode, produces a potential persuasion in people's mind and makes the organization will become conscious actions. Playing with mobile in class is a quite prominent issue in university classroom management. The causes of this phenomenon and specific cases are analyzed in this paper, and flexible guidance is proposed to solve the problem reasonably.
