摘要
农业科技成果对提高我国农业综合生产能力发挥着重要作用。文章从科研经费投入、成果质量、成果培育导向、成果鉴定或评价体系、成果管理工作和成果推广转化等方面分析了当前农业科技成果培育工作中存在的问题,并从加强投入、建立科学绩效评价机制、加强基础研究、建立成果储备制度、完善科技成果评价体系和提高成果管理水平等方面提出了建议,以期为加强我国农业科技成果培育、提高农业科技产出提供借鉴。
Agricultural scientific and technological（S＆T） achievements cultivation is very important to enhance the overall production capacity of agriculture. Some problems of agriculture S＆T achievements cultivation were summarized in this article, including research funding, achievement quality, cultivation orientation, identification or evaluation system, management of achievements, transformation of achievements and so on. Effective suggestions, such as strengthening the investment, establishing the evaluation system of scientific research performance, strengthening basic research, establishing reserve system, enhancing the level of management etc, were put foward to promote the work of agricultural S＆T achievements cultivation.
