摘要
状态检修是当前电网检修体制的发展方向,但现阶段还存在一定的局限性,如隔离开关等机械联动的设备,其当前运行状态的优劣难以得到准确评价,更无法得到针对性维护,在实际倒闸操作过程中常常发生因卡涩而拉不开、合不上等问题,造成电网新设备启动中断或大型停复役操作延误。通过实践探索,创新提出状态检修模式下隔离开关异常操作预案的编制方法,包括预案编制的必要性原则、隔离开关异常的设置原则、预案实施的可行性和风险预控等,为快速处理设备停复役操作过程中出现的隔离开关异常提供了有力技术保障。
Condition-based maintenance is the development direction of current grid maintenance system, but there are still some limitations in present stage. Taking isolating switch and other mechanical operating link- age equipment for instance, it is difficult to accurately evaluate their current operation condition, let alone targeted maintenance, resulting in operation jam and inflexible switching, which can cause startup interrup- tion of new equipment in networks or postponed operation of large shutdown and complex service. Through practice and exploration, innovative method of compiling mode under abnormal condition based maintenance isolating switch dispatching operation plans, including the implementation of plan compilation principle of ne- cessity, the isolating switch abnormal setting principles, the feasibility and risk precontrol of plan implemen- tation, which provides powerful technical support for the abnormal rapid processing equipment stop reserve in the process of operation isolating switch.
