摘要
目的 探讨竞赛模式下的实习前综合实训对护理专业学生临床综合素养提高的影响.方法 选取南阳医学高等专科学校2011级护理专业240名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组;活动结束后对学生及其带教教师进行调查问卷,比较两组学生在接受实训后的临床综合素养,并进行统计分析.结果 实训后实验组学生的评判性思维能力、创新能力、临床综合能力、学习态度等得分均高于对照组,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义.结论 竞赛模式下实习前综合实训能够提高学生的临床综合素养,有利于提高教学质量.
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing students' comprehensive training pre-practice under the race model.Methods 240 students were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into the control and experimental groups.After the training a questionnaire was conducted to the 240 students and the teachers.Clinical comprehensive quality was compared and statistically analyzed before and after the training between the two groups of students.Results The critical thinking ability,innovation ability,clinical comprehensive ability,and learning attitude before and after the training between the two group students were significantly difference (P〈0.01).Conclusions Comprehensive practice training pre-practice under the race model is able to improve students' clinical comprehensive attainment,and is also helpful for improving teaching quality.
