低压橡皮电缆用CM/EPDM绝缘配方研究

Research of CM / EPDM Insulating Cement Formulation For Low-Tension Rubber Cable

研究了氯化聚乙烯(CM)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混作为普通橡皮绝缘使用,通过对主体材料、硫化剂、防护剂、补强剂、增塑剂的选择,确定了最佳橡胶配方。实验结果表明,所研制的CPE/EPDM绝缘材料性能优良,工艺性能够满足生产要求,可以作为低压橡皮电缆绝缘胶料使用。

CM / EPDM blending glue used as ordinary rubber insulating cement was studied. The best rubber formula was determined based on the choice of body material,curing agent,protective agent and plasticizer. The experimental results showed that the developed of CPE / EPDM insulating cement has an excellent performance and processing property can satisfy the production requirements,can be used as insulating cement material for the low-tension rubber cable.
