利用正交法探究三种微差爆破技术与块度的影响 被引量:10

摘要 微差爆破包括孔内微差、孔间微差、排间微差3种微差爆破技术,为研究这3种微差爆破技术与破碎块度之间的作用关系及作用因素大小排列,以仁怀茅台机场平场项目为试验场地,进行了3因素3水平正交试验,利用Spilt-Desktop 3.0软件对实验爆堆图片进行破碎块度分析,得出的结果表明:微差时间对爆破破碎块度影响由大到小依次是排间、孔间、孔内微差;排间微差和孔间微差对爆破块度有高度显著的影响,3因素的交互作用对爆破块度影响均不显著。 There are three kinds of millisecond blasting technique,including millisecond blasting in holes,millisecond blasting between holes and millisecond blasting between rows.To study the relationship between these three millisecond blasting technologies with fragmentation,as well as the arrangement of influencing factors,orthogonal tests with3 factors and 3levels were put forward based on Renhuai airport program.Spilt-Desktop3.0 was used to analyze the fragmentation percentage of blasting pictures in the tests.The analyzed results showed that the influence order of the millisecond time on fragmentation was millisecond between rows,between holes,and in holes;the former two millisecond blasting had highly significant effect on fragmentation,and the interaction effect of three factors was not significant on the blasting fragmentation.
