摘要
欧洲经济委员会正在起草修订的新噪声法规ECE R51 03系列,要求对M1、N1类汽车进行多工况下的加速行驶车外噪声测量。阐述其测量方法产生的背景、发展过程及适用范围;结合验证试验解析多工况加速行驶车外噪声测量的试验流程,以及相应的三种评价方式。为汽车企业、大学及科研机构研究多工况下的加速行驶车外噪声测量与控制提供技术参考。
In the draft ofUN ECE R51 03 series, the M1 and N1 categories of vehicles are required to carry out the measurement of the Additional Sound Emission Provisions (ASEP). In this paper, the background knowledge, developing process and scope of the measurement method were introduced. According to the proof tests, the test procedure and three evaluation methods were analyzed. This summary provides a technical reference for the automobile companies, universities and research organizations for the purpose of measuring and controlling the Additional Sound Emission.
