裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)允许值研究 被引量:1

摘要 现有规范对裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)允许值的描述,偏重于材料本身力学性能,一定程度上忽略了服役环境因素,致使CTOD允许值偏于保守。通过对某项目EQ70(38mm)系列用钢进行缺陷评估,发现如果考虑环境因素,其保守度会有所降低,由此提出环境CTOD允许值概念。并基于欧盟"结构完整性评定方法"(SINTAP标准),对CTOD允许值进一步分析,得出关于CTOD允许值的求解方法,并导出其定量计算式,为材料的验收和拒收提供了依据,具有一定的工程实践意义。 The descriptions of CTOD allowable values in relevant specifications always focused on the mechanical properties of the material itself,to some extent,the service environmental factors were ignored,which resulting in conservative CTOD allowable values.Through the defect assessment of EQ70(38mm)series of steel,the verified results showed that if environmental factors was taken into account,conservative factor would be decreased.Based on SINTAP standards,aquantitative formula for CTOD allowable value was proposed through the further analysis of CTOD allowable value.This paper provided the basis for acceptance and rejection of materials and a reference for engineering practice.
