摘要 为了研究Cr,Tm,Ho∶YAG激光器输出功率的影响因素,采用改变可控因素冷却水温的方法,获取激光器的抽运阈值和输出功率的变化,并分析了冷却温度、频率及功率的关系。结果表明,激光器阈值随着温度及频率的升高呈增长状态,冷却温度及重频的增加都将导致激光器输出效率的降低;在重频为20Hz时,激光的输出功率达到10.1W,光纤末端的输出功率为7.3W,总的耦合率为72%;在单脉冲能量2.0J^2.5J、重频20Hz^25Hz下,对人体肾部结石能够达到预期的粉碎效果。 In order to study the influence factors of output power of Cr,Tm,Ho∶YAG lasers,the variation of laser pumped threshold and output power were obtained using the cooling of water temperature to change the controllable factor. The relationship among the cooling temperature,frequency and power was analyzed. The results show that laser threshold increases with the rise of temperature and frequency. The increase of cooling temperature and repetition frequency will result in the decrease of laser output efficiency. When repetition frequency is 20 Hz,output power of laser reaches 10. 1W,output power of fiber end is 7. 3W and total coupling rate is 72%. With single pulse energy of 2. 0J - 2. 5J and repeat frequency of 20 Hz - 25 Hz,Cr,Tm,Ho∶ YAG laser can achieve the desired result of crushing human kidney stones.
