纳洛酮系二氢吗啡酮的衍生物,为阿片受体拮抗剂。随着医药科学的发展,临床上已将纳洛酮应用在药品说明书推荐适应证以外的疾病,特别是在急性中毒以及危重症救治中的应用。本文就纳洛酮在急性中毒救治中的作用机制、应用现状作一概述,为纳洛酮新的临床用途提供参考。

Naloxone is a dihydromorphinone derivant, a opioid receptor antagonist. With the development of medical science,naloxone has been more widely applied in clinical practice that far beyond the scope of the indications recommended by the drug instructions,especially in the application of acute poisoning and critical patients. This paper will give a brief introduction on its action mechanism and present status of the clinical application,thereby offer a reference of its new uses for doctors.
