Since China has won the plywood anti-dumping and anti-subsidy lawsuits in the U.S., the authors discussed the possible counter reactions from the U.S. plywood industry, which may include further trade protection actions, and analyzed its impact on China＇s plywood industry from perspectives of product quality and legality issues. The authors also reviewed the international trade environment after China＇s winning the ＂double-anti＂ lawsuits, reflected on how China＇s plywood industry should better equip itself to meet the future challenges.
