摘要
目的 对血细胞分析仪散点图进行分析,探讨血细胞分析对白细胞的辅助诊断价值.方法 选取我院2011年3月-2014年5月133例受检者血细胞分析散点图进行观察分析,分析仪器警示信息、形态特征以及血涂片染色镜检等.结果 对患者采用静脉血进行分析时,警示信息和临床的诊断价值相对较高,根据血细胞分析仪散点图的表现以及警示对血液发生异常的患者进行人工镜检.指血分析时与临床的诊断率相对较低.结论 诊断血液病的主要措施是对血细胞分析仪散点图进行认真的观察和判定,有助于血液疾病的诊断,从而正确判断白血病的种类.
Objective Analysis the blood cell analyzer scatterplot, and explore the ancillary diagnostic value to the white blood cell.Methods Selected 133 cases of blood cell analysis scatterplot from March 2011 to May 2014 in our hospital were analyzed, analyzed instrument warning information, morphological characteristics and blood smear staining microscopy, et al.Results Analyzed of patients with venous blood, warning information and clinical diagnostic value was relative taller, according to the performance of the blood cell analyzer scatterplot warning in blood and patients with abnormal for artificial microscopy. Blood analyzed with clinical diagnosis rate was relatively low.Conclusion The diagnosis of blood is the main measures of the blood cell analyzer, careful observation and judgement, which helps the blood disease diagnosis, so as to correctly judge the types of leukemia.
