摘要 目的 观察并分析血清C反应蛋白对支气管哮喘急性发作期的诊断价值.方法 选取2014年4月-2015年4月于我院就诊的50例支气管哮喘急性发作病例,设为观察组,另取同期50例健康体检人员为对照组,检测两组血清超敏C蛋白水平,并对研究结果相关数据作统计学处理.结果 与对照组相比,观察组血清C反应蛋白水平更高, P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组血清C反应蛋白表达与病情严重程度呈正相关.结论 在支气管哮喘急性发作期,血清C反应蛋白表达与病情发生发展有密切关联,是一项重要的诊断指标. Objective Observation and analysis the serum CRP value to the diagnosis of bronchus asthma acute phase.Methods Selected 50 cases of bronchial asthma acute cases from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital as the study object for observation group, the other 50 cases of healthy physical examination personnel took the same period as the control group, the detection of two groups of serum hypersensitive C protein levels, and the research results related data for statistical processing.Results Compared with the control group and the observation group serum CRP level was higher,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. The observation group serum C-reactive protein expression was positively associated with disease severity.Conclusion With bronchial asthma acute episodes, serum C-reactive protein expression development is closely associated with the disease, is an important diagnostic indicators.
