摘要
目的 通过营养学专题培训提高临床护理人员饮食宣教的深度和广度,从而改善患者围手术期的饮食现况.方法 选取2014年5月-2014年7月除特殊治疗饮食外的172例择期手术患者为对照组,同年8月对妇科护士进行针对性营养学专题培训后选取2014年10月-2014年12月除特殊治疗饮食外的203例择期手术患者为观察组.结果 对照组饮食知晓率、依从率、饮食宣教满意度分别为28.4.%、51.74%、59.88%低于观察组的80.2%、90.4%、93.1%,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 饮食宣教是患者对饮食认识的主要途径,专业的营养学知识是护理人员提高饮食宣教有效性的基础,更是患者围手术期营养支持的保证.
Objective To improve the nutrition of perioperative patients by improvement of nurse diet propaganda through nutrition subject training.Methods Selected 172 patients undergoing elective surgery without special diet treatment from May 2014 to July 2014 as control group. Selected nurses in department of gynaecology were trained with nutrition subject in August, which had 203 patients undergoing elective surgery without special diet treatment from October 2014 to December 2014 as the observation group. Results The awareness rate, compliance rate and the satisfaction rate of propaganda in control group were 28.4%, 51.74.6%, 59.88% were higher than the observation group were 80.2%, 90.4%, 93.1%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Diet propaganda is a main way for patients, professional nutrition knowledge is the nursing staff to improve the base of diet education effectiveness, the guarantee of patients guarantee the nutrition for perioperative patients.
