联合连续肾脏替代疗法对缺氧相关重度肺动脉高压的救治体会

The Experience of Treating Severe Anoxic Pulmonary Hypertension with CRRT

目的:探讨连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)对缺氧相关重度肺动脉高压的救治效果。方法:对缺氧相关重度肺动脉高压患者在改善供氧、抗凝等治疗基础上,早期CRRT干预,总结CRRT对该类患者的治疗效果。结果:5例缺氧相关肺动脉高压经过CRRT救治,均成功脱离呼吸机,顺利转出ICU病房。结论:CRRT对缺氧相关重度肺动脉高压的救治有确切疗效。

Objective： To discuss the effects of treating severe anoxic pulmonary hypertension with CRRT. Methods： On the basis of treatments of improving oxygen supply and anticoagulation, took early intervention with CRRT to the patients with severe anoxic pulmonary hypertension, and summarized the treatment effects. Results： 5 cases of patients with severe anoxic pulmonary hypertension were successfully weaned off the ventila- tor after being treated with CRRT, and transferred out from ICU. Conclusion： CRRT has positive effects in treating severe anoxic pulmonary hypertension.
