摘要 以巴基斯坦卡拉奇深水港码头项目为例,主要针对关键技术前期策划在项目施工中发挥的作用进行分析和探讨,可为同类海外项目提供参考和借鉴。 Taking the Karachi deepwater terminal project in Pakistan as an example, we analyzed and discussed the effects of pre-planning key technologies in project construction, which can provide references for similar overseas projects.
