摘要
针对中高职衔接中的人才培养方案的设计,从企业需求视角着手,从职业面向、人才培养规格、职业能力、职业资格证书四个方面进行人才培养衔接的探索,并以信息安全技术为例给出中高职衔接人才培养职业能力培养的有效方案.
This paper discuses how to train talents according to enterprise demand in terms of career orientation, talent cultivation specifications, career competence and occupational certificates. It takes the teaching of information security technology as a case study to put forward some effective schemes in training talents transiting from secondary to higher vocational education.
