逍遥丸联合生脉注射液对乳腺癌患者围手术期应激反应的影响

Influence of Xiaoyao Pill Combined with Shengmai Injection on Stress Response of Breast Cancer Patients in Peri Operation Period

目的观察逍遥丸联合生脉注射液对乳腺癌患者围手术期应激反应的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理和心理疏导,观察组在此基础上给予逍遥丸口服及生脉注射液静脉滴注治疗,术前1 d至术后7 d为治疗周期。结果治疗后同期比较,观察组患者术后3 d的体温、收缩压(SBP)和心率(HR)水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d观察组患者血常规指标中的白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(ANC)、红细胞压积(Hct)和血小板计数(PLT)水平以及术后7 d所有指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7 d,观察组患者血常规各指标水平均恢复至术前水平。术后3 d起,观察组患者的血清C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论逍遥丸联合生脉注射液可有效降低乳腺癌患者围手术期的应激反应,提高患者免疫功能,对促进术后恢复有积极作用。

Absract：Objective To observe the influence of Xiaoyao Pill combined with Shengmai Injection on stress resPonse of breast cancer Pa-tients in Peri oPeration Period. Methods 60 cases of breast cancer Patients were randomly divided into the observation grouP and the control grouP,30 cases in each grouP. Routine nursing and Psychological counseling was Prescribed in the control grouP. On the basis of control grouP,Xiaoyao Pill was Prescribed for oral,and Shengmai injection was Prescribed for intravenous driP in the observation the grouP. The treatment Period started from PreoPerative 1 d to PostoPerative 7 d. Results At the same time Points after treatment,the temPerature and levels of SBP and HR in the observation grouP were better than those in the control grouP （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in third days after surgery. For blood routine index, the levels of WBC,ANC,HCT and PLT in the third day after surgery, and all the index seven days after surgery in the observation grouP were better than those in the control grouP （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Seven days after surgery,the levels of all the index of blood routine index recovered to the PreoPerative level. Since the third day after oPeration,the levels of CRP,IL-6, TNF-α in the observation grouP were significantly lower than those of the control grouP （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Xiaoyao Pill com-bined with Shengmai Injection can effectively reduce the stress resPonse in breast cancer Patients during the Peri oPeration,imProve the immune function,and have a Positive role in Promoting PostoPerative recovery.
