摘要
为了明确超级稻新品种‘松粳15’穗部性状与产量的关系,探讨其高产机理,采用田间小区常规种植,通过相关分析与多元回归分析等研究了‘松粳15’着粒密度、穗长、一次枝梗特性、二次枝梗特性等穗部性状与产量及产量构成因素之间的关系。结果表明每穗颖花数(r=0.9887**)、着粒密度(r=0.9768**)、一次枝梗数(r=0.8047**)、一次枝梗粒数(r=0.9338**)、二次枝梗数(r=0.7295**)、二次枝梗粒数(r=0.8606**)与‘松粳15’的产量极显著正相关,结实率(t=2.090,P=0.041)和穗长(t=-1.223,P=0.048)的偏回归系数达到显著水平,上述穗部性状对产量影响较大,提高一次枝梗数、一次枝梗粒数、二次枝梗数,二次枝梗粒数有利于增加每穗颖花数,同时还应注重穗长的选择培育大穗并控制结实率以进一步挖掘其增产潜力。
In order to clarify the relationship between ear characteristics and the yield of new super rice‘Songjing 15' and to discuss its high yield mechanism, relationship between grain density, spike length, primary branch characteristics and secondary branch characteristics and yield as well as yield components was analyzed by correlation analysis with field plot of conventional planting. The results showed that there were extremely and significantly positive correlations between spikelet per panicle(r=0.9887**), grain density(r= 0.9768**), the number of primary branches(r=0.8047**), grain number of primary branches(r=0.9338**), the number of secondary branches(r=0.7295**), grain number of secondary branches(r=0.8606**) and the yield of 'Songjing 15'; partial regression coefficients of maturing rate(t=2.090, P= 0.041)and spike length(t=-1.223, P= 0.048) reached significant level. These panicle traits had great influence on the yield, increased the number of primary branches, grain number of primary branches and the number of secondary branches; grain number of secondary branches was benefit to spikelet per panicle, at the same time, attention should also be paid to the ear length selection to cultivate large spike and control seed setting rate to explore its yield potential.
