摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法同时测定复方首乌藤合剂中3种指标性成分的含量,为质量控制提供依据。方法采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(20:80)为流动相,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长分别为320、204、360 nm。结果 2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在5.76~57.6μg·m L-1(r=0.9991),(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷在2.496~24.96μg·m L-1(r=0.9999),金丝桃苷在0.984~9.84μg·m L-1(r=0.9999)内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率均〉98%,RSD均〈3%(n=3)。结论该方法简便快速、准确可靠,可用于复方首乌藤合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method to simultaneously determine the contents of 3 constituents in compound Shouwuteng mixture. Methods The separation was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution. The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 mL ·min - 1. The detective wavelength was 320 nm, 204 nm and 360 nm, and the column temperature was 30℃ Results Good linearity was shown at 5.76 - 57.6μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9991) for 2, 3, 5, 4'-tetrahydroxystibene-2-O- β-D-glucoside, 2.496 - 24.960 μg· mL-1(r = 0.9999) for syirngaersinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 0.984 - 9,84 μg· mL -1 (r = 0.9999) for hyperin. The average recovery of the 3 compounds was more than 98%, and the RSD was less than 3%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of compound Shouwuteng mixture.
