摘要
以真菌NS-1为研究对象,采用单因素试验研究碳源、碳源组成、氮源、碳酸钙、表面活性剂及初始p H对产木聚糖酶的影响。结果表明:最佳碳源为玉米芯;复合碳源玉米芯+木聚糖最有利于木聚糖酶的分泌;最佳氮源是硫酸铵;当初始p H为5.0,碳酸钙浓度为1.5%,表面活性剂为SDS时,木聚糖酶活力最高。
The xylanase expression of Aspergillus NS-1 was studied with the single factor experiment of carbon source,carbon source concentration,nitrogen source,calcium carbonate,surfactants and pH value. The results of the experiments showed: the optimal carbon source and nitrogen source is corn cob,ammonium sulfate,respectively. The compound carbon sources are comcob and xylan. The concentration of Calcium carbonate of 1. 5% and SDS added were optimal for expression of xylanase at pH5. 0.
